Shrimp Tofu With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of tofu
- 200 grams (7 ounces) of peeled shrimp

Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 piece of onion, minced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 500 ml (500 cc) of liquid milk
- salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoon of heavy cream
- 50 grams (1.7 ounces) of cheddar cheese, grated

Topping:
- 1 tomato, diced
- minced parsley

Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into two parts horizontally, and roast it until turned brown.
2. Sauce: heat the butter, put the onion and garlic until shriveled, and put the shrimp, mix it well. Put the wheat flour, mix well, and put in the milk, salt, and pepper, again mix it well. After it turned more solid and boiled, put in the cream, mix well, then put in the cheese, mix it well.
3. Put the tofu on a plate, pour the sauce on it, and add the tomato and parsley for topping.
