Ingredients:
- 200 grams chicken breast, fillet, slice into big dices
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten off
- 50 grams cornstarch
- salt
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, sliced long
- 200 grams water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, mix with a little water to thicken
Directions:
1. Coat the chicken with lemon juice, salt, and sesame oil.
2. After that, coat the chicken with the egg, then roll it in the mixture of cornstarch and salt. Fry it until it turns brown, then set it aside.
3. Heat the sesame oil, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour in the water. Boil while stirring it until it's boiling. Put in the lemon zest, mix it well.
4. Thicken it with the cornstarch mix, while stirring it until it's boiling.
5. Serve the chicken by pouring the sauce on top of it.
