Egg Filled Tofu

Ingredients:
- 1 white tofu
- 100 grams shrimp, minced
- 20 grams sago flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 3 red onion, mashed
- 1 leeks, sliced
- 2 celery, sliced
- 12 quail eggs, hard boiled, peeled
- cooking oil

Dipping Sauce:
- 50 ml sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste

Mashed Ingredients:
- 2 clove garlic, sliced, fried
- 5 red chili
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1. Tofu: Mashed the tofu, mix it with shrimp, sago flour, egg, salt, pepper, mashed red onion, leeks, and celery, mix well.
2. Heat the cooking oil, get the dough, spoon by spoon, turn it into spherical shape, put in the quail egg, make it into a ball, and fry until brown.
3. Dipping Sauce: mix the mashed ingredients with shrimp paste, mix well, add the soy sauce, mix it well.
4. Serve the fried tofu with the dipping sauce.
