Ingredients:
- 200 grams chicken breast, fillet, slice into big dices
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten off
- 50 grams cornstarch
- salt
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, sliced long
- 200 grams water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, mix with a little water to thicken
Directions:
1. Coat the chicken with lemon juice, salt, and sesame oil.
2. After that, coat the chicken with the egg, then roll it in the mixture of cornstarch and salt. Fry it until it turns brown, then set it aside.
3. Heat the sesame oil, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour in the water. Boil while stirring it until it's boiling. Put in the lemon zest, mix it well.
4. Thicken it with the cornstarch mix, while stirring it until it's boiling.
5. Serve the chicken by pouring the sauce on top of it.

Tofu Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 tofu, slice into dice, fry
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3 eggs, beaten off
- 3 clove of garlic, minced
- 2 plate of white rice
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 2 leeks, sliced
Directions:
1. Heat the cooking oil, put the egg in, scramble it until it's cooked completely, and get it out of the frying pan, leave it alone for a moment.
2. Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, stir-fry the garlic. After it starts to smell good, put in the rice, mix well, then put in the salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce, and mix it. Add the fried tofu, the scrambled egg, and the sliced leeks, mix it well, cook it for a moment, and take it out.
3. Serve it while it's hot.

Egg Filled Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 white tofu
- 100 grams shrimp, minced
- 20 grams sago flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 3 red onion, mashed
- 1 leeks, sliced
- 2 celery, sliced
- 12 quail eggs, hard boiled, peeled
- cooking oil
Dipping Sauce:
- 50 ml sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
Mashed Ingredients:
- 2 clove garlic, sliced, fried
- 5 red chili
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Tofu: Mashed the tofu, mix it with shrimp, sago flour, egg, salt, pepper, mashed red onion, leeks, and celery, mix well.
2. Heat the cooking oil, get the dough, spoon by spoon, turn it into spherical shape, put in the quail egg, make it into a ball, and fry until brown.
3. Dipping Sauce: mix the mashed ingredients with shrimp paste, mix well, add the soy sauce, mix it well.
4. Serve the fried tofu with the dipping sauce.

Topping:
- 1 tomato, diced
- minced parsley
Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into two parts horizontally, and roast it until turned brown.
2. Sauce: heat the butter, put the onion and garlic until shriveled, and put the shrimp, mix it well. Put the wheat flour, mix well, and put in the milk, salt, and pepper, again mix it well. After it turned more solid and boiled, put in the cream, mix well, then put in the cheese, mix it well.
